That, effective immediately, Standing Order 81.1 of the Standing Orders of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia be amended by adding a new section 3 as follows:

(3) A motion under section (2) of this Standing Order cannot be proposed if the public bill has not been called for consideration at second reading or committee stage during at least three sittings of the House.
